With more than 20 years of experience leading technology and transformation programmes across financial services, insurance, healthcare and private equity backed organizations, this candidate combines deep AI transformation expertise with commercial programme leadership and board level credibility.

They currently lead a large Data and AI function at a major UK regulatory organization and are now seeking a senior AI Transformation, AI Programme Leadership, CIO, CTO or Digital Transformation role where they can help an organization scale AI adoption and deliver meaningful business change.



Accomplisments

Established an AI incubator and delivered AI powered caseworker tools, improving operational efficiency by 33 per cent and supporting more than 4 million pounds in projected savings

Delivered AI automation projects covering document processing, workflow improvement and intelligent data capture across complex, regulated environments

Currently leads a large Data and AI function at a major UK regulatory organisation, overseeing applications, digital platforms, data, AI and transformation delivery

Delivered multiple large scale transformation programmes including technology modernisation, cloud migrations, operating model change and platform consolidation

Successfully turned around and accelerated underperforming transformation programmes, improving delivery pace and business outcomes significantly

Strong private equity experience across technology due diligence, integration planning and value creation programmes

Regularly works with executive leadership teams and boards, including deputising for CIO and CTO level roles

Practical hands on experience with Generative AI, Agentic AI, Azure OpenAI and Microsoft Copilot
