They are not an AI engineer. They are a business focused leader who bridges the gap between leadership, compliance and technical teams, making AI adoption practical, safe and sustainable.

Led organizational change programs around AI adoption, overcoming resistance through stakeholder engagement, structured training and practical education

Strong working knowledge of AI related operational risk, auditability, data governance, human oversight requirements and emerging UK and international regulatory frameworks

Extensive board, executive and regulator level experience across banking, financial services and the charity sector

Currently completing AI Governance Professional accreditation alongside certifications in Google AI, prompt engineering and AI fundamentals
